Epigenetics transforms people from a state of victim to conscious creative personalities

In the past the general concept was that we are victims of our DNA, that inherited from parent to child and we need to learn to live with it. Today we know that, our DNA comes with a mechanism that will switch genes on and off: epigenetics.

Today we know that, our DNA comes with a mechanism that will switch genes on and off: epigenetics. A mechanism of gene control that can promote or repress the expression of genes without altering the genetic coding of an organism (Feinberg, 2008). The biological, chemical, physical, physiological experiences and the environment we have decided to live determine our behaviour, personality, and mental wellbeing. And these changes can be passed down through the generations.

The conscious use of our mind plays a key role in creating our desires, to define our present and to determine what we would pass to our future. In my workshops and retreats we experience our brain plasticity; I demonstrate how our mind, body, energy and emotions have the ability to forge new neural pathways and synapses. The knowledge that our neurons are growing until the end of life, and their plasticity (Neuroplasticity) allow all the participants to become a conscious designer and actor of their decisions, their behaviours and feelings at all phases and time of their life.

Transformation is faster when it is supported with others. In our workshops you will experience how to use neuro mirror to facilitate your transformation as well as designing collective consciousness.
